When it's cold outside, and windy, and the snow is deeper than the dog is tall, and the streets and sidewalks are full of salt and grit.... We never would have thought of doing this on our own, so thanks to Dog Whisperer Cesar Millan.
Carmen is new to the treadmill; the leash is to make sure she stays safe until she gets it. We lead her onto the treadmill with the leash, then loop it over the handle.
